I've spent a ton of $$ at B&H Photo over the years and B&H sends me questions from shoppers who have bought something or might buy it. I've always shot Nikon so I get questions for that brand. Today I get one from a guy who bought a great lens for his camera but he complains it's not compatible with his NIkon Z6 mirrorless. He wants to know if it is compatible.

Right under the large photo of the lens are several informative clickable menus, one of which is clearly marked "Compatibility". No, his lens is not on the list.

Nikons before mirrorless cameras all pretty much had F mounts. His is a Z. They are not the same, but the goober bought the lens anyways. He can buy an adapter.
